Joseph Guillermo Jones II, better known as Jim Jones, is a rapper from American and original artist in the group known as The Diplomats. He is CEO of Diplomat Records, created his own group ByrdGang, and recently formed a partnership with Damon Dash to create a company called Splash Records. Jim Jones mixtapes certainly played a role in his quick rise to fame.
